• Lead Product Design as an enterprise capability aligned to product strategy.
• Set standards for interaction, visual design, IA, usability, and accessibility.
• Develop DesignOps, governance, capacity planning, and design rituals.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance to drive outcomes.
• Lead hands-on discovery and executive-ready storytelling when needed.
