Job summary

Credence is seeking a senior Design Interface Support Manager to support the AFLCMC/LG directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will mentor staff, ensure design interfaces meet sustainment goals, and coordinate with USAF and DoD offices for effective product support.

The role requires deep defense domain knowledge, active security clearance, and leadership in complex program offices. Join a mission-driven team delivering critical national security capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a USAF program office or related field.
• Expert knowledge of USAF systems engineering to maximize system availability and performance.
• Experience designing for sustainment and integrating reliability, maintainability, and support elements.
• Ability to align design parameters with product support resources and mission needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support and guidance to program offices for product support tasks.
• Develop and deliver training documentation and on-site or virtual sessions.
• Monitor schedules, progress, and risk; respond to inquiries.
• Develop tools and center-level processes to standardize product support procedures.
• Maintain guides, standards, contract language, models, and metrics for product support health.
• Engage with DoD and AF stakeholders; respond to program office inquiries.
