Havenly in Edina, MN is seeking a results-driven designer-seller to own the client journey from inquiry to purchase. You will deliver expert product knowledge, consult clients in-store and virtually, and guide room designs with mood boards and accurate sizing.

The role emphasizes hitting monthly quotas, building relationships, and driving store growth. You will master our furniture and design services while maintaining proactive post-purchase follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in interior design and creating mood boards/floor plans.
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas with exceptional service.
• Consult clients in-store and online on furniture selections.
• Own the full sales process from inquiry to purchase.
• Drive sales growth and improve the customer experience in the studio.
• Master product offerings and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Follow up with clients post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
