Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a Design Engineering Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead a team responsible for production equipment, fixtures, tooling, workstations, and related mechanical design support across manufacturing operations.

The role partners with Process Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Customer Engineering to improve equipment performance, reduce cost, and sustain world-class engineering services. Strong leadership and hands-on mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/related engineering field from accredited college.
• Minimum five years leading design engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with production tooling, fixtures, and process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering for production equipment, fixtures, tooling, and workstations.
• Set priorities, manage projects, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain equipment specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with Process Eng, Operations, Quality, Safety, and other teams.
• Support new product introductions and global manufacturing consistency.
• Drive cost reduction, safety, and quality improvements via design changes.
