Job summary

CelLink in Georgetown, TX seeks a Manager, Equipment Engineering to supervise the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and tooling. You will lead a team, drive reliability, and align solutions with production needs.

You will coordinate across Operations, Quality, Process Engineering, Automation, and Maintenance to enable scalable manufacturing, reduce downtime, and support NPI efforts. Strong hands-on problem solving and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with mechanical equipment design and manufacturing support.
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of Equipment Engineering team, including work assignment and prioritization.
• Support design, development, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Provide hands-on guidance for equipment troubleshooting and corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance.
