Job summary
Halo Industries, Inc. seeks an Equipment Engineering Manager to lead the Equipment Engineering organization supporting semiconductor manufacturing.
You will drive reliability, availability, and performance of capital equipment while guiding production, process development, and factory expansion. Partner with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Facilities, Quality, Supply Chain and NPI to achieve safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes; build a high-performance team, set objectives, and owns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering experience.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Equipment Engineers and supervisors to align with business goals.
- Develop strategies to maximize equipment availability and throughput.
- Oversee PM, PdM, CM, and CBM programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional manufacturing support and 24/7 operations.
- Lead qualification activities (FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) and validation.
- Drive Lean and operational excellence initiatives.
