Job summary

United Equipment Accessories, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to develop innovative, high quality motion-related products. You will support customers through the sales process, including installation recommendations and technical assistance.

You will work with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to communicate specs and manage design changes, while adhering to ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum four years of design engineering experience and new product development experience preferred.
• ISO or similar Quality system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, high quality motion-related products.
• Provide technical support and service during the sales process, including installation recommendations or technical assistance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to communicate product specs and design changes.
• Follow rules and processes outlined in quality manual and safety training.
