Job summary

Techoundsllc in San Diego seeks a Civil Engineer with a BSCE and 4 years of land development experience (or 8 years equivalent) to lead grading and public improvement plan work from concept to final documents for residential, multi-family, mixed-use and corporate campuses.

The role includes preparing technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements, with knowledge of local codes and procedures preferred in the San Diego area.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree + four years' experience in land development (or 8 years equivalent).

• Experience includes preparation and processing of technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements for land development projects.
