San Dieguito Engineering in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a Civil Engineering Designer with 5–8 years of full-time land development experience to join our engineering department.

You will prepare AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation drawings for grading, subdivision plans, utility and storm drain layouts, and related exhibits, with survey mapping and ALTA surveys a plus. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• 5-8 years of full-time experience preparing CADD drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2022+).
• Experience with grading plans, cross-sections and alignments.
• Experience with land surveying/mapping data.
• Knowledge of stormwater design and earthwork quantities.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and MicroStation is preferred.
• Strong mathematical and geometrical skills.
• Solid MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drawings for grading and improvement plans.
• Create subdivision maps, utility and storm drain plans.
• Produce exhibits for technical studies and surveys as needed.
• Collaborate with CADD team to ensure design quality.
