gpac is seeking a Civil Engineer focused on site development for residential and commercial projects in Maryland. You will design grading, drainage, and stormwater systems, produce construction drawings, and ensure code compliance.

You will coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies to secure permits and design approvals, analyze feasibility, and prepare technical reports. A bachelor's in civil engineering and at least 2 years of land development experience are required.
