Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with regulated environments and ITAR compliance are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage time effectively and multi-task across projects

Responsibilities

• Develops customer concepts and prepares files for manufacturing
• Determine project schedule by calculating time requirements
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress and coordinating activities
• Prepare model and drawings for manufacturing department
• Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects
• Ensure effective engineering and customer communications
• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal ITAR regulations
• Meet required delivery dates for assigned jobs
• Meet quality requirements of all processes
• Conduct all operations in a safe manner
