Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable software and contribute to high‑impact features.
• Expand and enhance the in‑house design system to support internal and external product needs.
• Redesign mobile web app flows based on customer research and implement new design system components.
• Create composable components that enable other engineers to build custom features such as autocompletes.
• Improve information hierarchy and scannability for candidate assessment views to aid recruiters.
