The Tile Shop is seeking a motivated sales professional to proactively greet customers and build lasting relationships in a busy showroom. You will educate customers on tile products, manage follow-ups, and drive sales while working evenings and weekends to meet goals.

A strong design sense and comfort with commission-based earnings are required. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow through feedback, training, and ongoing customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally.
• Develop lasting customer relationships by courtesy.
• Conduct follow-up customer communication.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Work evenings and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
