Job summary

The Tile Shop in Madison, WI is seeking a sales associate to greet customers, build lasting relationships, and educate on tile products and installation. You will track orders, educate customers, and drive sales in a commission-based environment, while presenting yourself professionally at all times.

First-year earnings are projected between $45,000 and $75,000 under a draw plus commission structure, with a benefits package including medical, HSA, and 401(k) matching.

• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
