You’ll report to the General Manager, inspire clients through demonstrations and consultations, design tailored solutions, and drive store success with strong client relationships and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the A&D community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
