Arhaus is seeking a Design Consultant to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience at DAYTON GREENE TOWN CENTER. This on-site, part-time role involves providing customer service, space planning, and maintaining a sales-driven focus.

The position requires strong product knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes base and commission with incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Develop enhanced selling behaviors per our selling model.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a guest book to organize and cultivate business.
• Follow up with guests before and after sale and at delivery.
• Improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Address guest concerns promptly.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Record all hours worked and manage systems correctly.
• Monitor emails and company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with all team members.
