Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and achieve personal retail sales goals.
• Answers phone, accurately takes messages and always follows up with the customer.

• Addresses customer concerns and defuses issues while staying composed.
• Keeps current on product knowledge through training materials and seminars.
• Mentor new hires and junior colleagues during onboarding.
• Upholds company security and safety procedures.
