Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Sales Associate / Design Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Burlingame, CA. You will provide customer service, assist with space planning, and use our selling model to close transactions while upholding brand standards.

You will meet monthly sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and deliver exceptional guest experiences, collaborating with the team. A design-oriented mindset and flexible schedule are preferred.

• Proactively follows up with guests before and after sale and at delivery.
• Works to improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Solves guest concerns promptly.
• Performs opening and closing duties as directed.
• Records all hours worked and handles systems functions.
