EVERWhite is seeking a consultative, detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Coordinator with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments. You will be the point of contact for website inquiries and phone leads, translating needs into accurate quotes and coordinating with our in-house graphic designer to deliver finished custom whiteboards.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of inside sales, technical customer support, or project coordination in manufacturing/B2B.
• Ability to translate rough customer ideas into actionable details for design/production.
• Proactive, outbound follow-up with B2B clients and strong rapport building.
• Experience bridging customers with internal design or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Quoting & Lead Response: respond promptly with accurate pricing for standard and custom products.
• Custom Design Coordination: liaison with Graphic Designer to capture rough concepts and specs.
• Proactive Follow-Up & Account Growth: follow up on quotes and nurture existing accounts.
• Consultative Customer Support: educate clients on surface options, framing, and capabilities to help select products.
