EVERWhite Corporation in Warminster Township, PA, is seeking a consultative, detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Coordinator for a manufacturing, B2B environment. You will be the point of contact for website inquiries and phone leads, converting needs into accurate quotes and coordinating with our graphic designer to translate rough concepts into finished custom whiteboards.

You will proactively follow up on quotes, grow existing accounts, and educate commercial clients on surface options,

Qualifications

2–3+ years in inside sales, technical support, or project coordination within manufacturing/B2B environments.
Ability to translate rough customer ideas into actionable design specs for production teams.
Proactive, outbound follow-up and relationship-building with B2B clients.
Experience coordinating with design/operations teams.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to website inquiries and phone leads, providing accurate pricing quotes for standard and custom products.
Coordinate with the internal Graphic Designer on custom-printed board projects; gather details and brief the designer on project vision.
Conduct outbound follow-up on open quotes to secure orders and nurture existing accounts.
Educate commercial clients, contractors, and institutional buyers on surface options, trim styles, framing, and graphic capabilities to help them select the right product.
