Ideal candidates have 1+ years in furniture sales or home decor design, strong communication skills, and proficiency with design tools and Google workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales, Home Decor Design, or retail/customer service.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending design solutions.
• Proficient with Google platforms and virtual communication; design tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience with enriched customer interactions across in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations.
• Create moodboards, 2D floor plans, 3D visuals, product lists and client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person or remotely and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Maintain brand aesthetics and merchandising standards across Store, E-Commerce, and Catalog.
• Communicate product details, care information, and industry trends to customers.
