Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer who helps customers envision possibilities with the latest home design trends. You will guide clients in furnishing from entire homes to accent pieces, using design tools during in-store and in-home consultations.

You will drive sales and engagement by promoting programs, creating moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and delivering design packages aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or home decor design.
• Experience presenting design options and managing client expectations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital design tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated in-store and in-home design experience.
• Create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans for client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in-store, in-home, or virtually.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain brand standards.
• Develop relationships with customers through networking and clienteling.
