Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Naperville, IL to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and close sales on a fast-paced floor. You will build relationships, deliver an engaging experience, and contribute to a team focused on total customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, are comfortable with technology and CRM systems, and can work peak periods, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales through the Lovesac selling process.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver exceptional service and product education on the sales floor.
