Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking an Art Director, Creative Development for 3 days per week onsite. You will lead concepting and art direction for integrated campaigns across healthcare, retail, CRM, and digital channels, collaborating with a copywriter and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a 2+ year background in creative advertising, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma. Location flexibility between New York and Boston supports hybrid work schedules.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in creative advertising.
• An online portfolio with conceptual integrated campaign examples.
• Comfortable with production and post-production.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design or related field; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
• Experienced in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Concept and art direct across all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Producers, Designers, Client Leadership, and Strategy Partners from concept to completion.
• Present work internally and to clients, building strong relationships.
• Create ideas that translate across channels, including paid media, digital, social and video assets.
• Stay current with trends and evolving technologies to inform creative strategy.
