Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Design Director in a remote-friendly environment to lead our brand and design practice. You will own the creative quality across identity, web, and launch work, mentoring a multidisciplinary team and guiding senior client conversations.

You'll collaborate with our Brand Project Manager, shape new business approaches, and raise the bar for craft, process, and outcomes as we grow the studio.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in brand or creative roles.
• Strong design judgment and craft.
• Excellent client-facing skills with founders or senior stakeholders.
• High ownership and reliability; able to push work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative quality across identity, web, and launch projects.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team.
• Serve as senior creative partner on key engagements.
• Lead reviews and presentations with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Help shape new business through pitches and proposals.
• Improve critiques, QA, and design workflows as the studio grows.
