Qualifications

• 3–7 years of design experience in branding/agency contexts.
• Exceptional craft and taste with strong typography and visual systems.
• Strong conceptual thinking and idea development.
• High ownership and reliability; self-starter mentality.
• Strong client-facing and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to move between big ideas and fine details.
• Driven to raise the bar and push design boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Design & Craft: create exceptional work across brand identity, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch experiences.
• Concept Development: develop distinctive directions from exploration to fully realized systems.
• Project Ownership: manage work streams from concept to delivery with strong follow-through.
• Client Collaboration: present work clearly, explain thinking, solicit feedback, build trust with founders and stakeholders.
• Creative Collaboration: work with leadership, strategists, developers, PMs, and other designers to strengthen the work.
• Raise the Bar: contribute new references, ideas, techniques, and perspectives to raise standards.
