Job summary

Nen Creative seeks a Senior Designer to craft bold brand identities and digital work for ambitious tech companies. You will own projects from exploration to final delivery, bringing exceptional craft and strong conceptual thinking.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, strategists, and developers, presenting concepts to founders and senior stakeholders to move work toward standout outcomes. Remote-friendly studio environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer, preferably in branding/creative agency environments.
• Exceptional design craft and taste.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• High ownership and reliability.
• Strong with clients and presentations.
• Able to move between thinking and making.
• Driven to raise the bar and push boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Design & Craft: across brand identity, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch experiences.
• Concept Development: develop distinctive creative directions from early exploration through fully realized systems.
• Project Ownership: take meaningful ownership of projects from concept through delivery.
• Client Collaboration: present work clearly, discuss decisions, and respond to feedback with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Creative Collaboration: work with leadership, strategists, developers, PMs, and designers to strengthen the work.
• Raise the Bar: bring new references, ideas, and perspectives to the team.
