Nen Creative is a fast-growing, interdisciplinary studio partnering with top startups and investors. We are seeking a Brand Designer to lead bold brand identities and modern websites for high-growth companies.

You will shape logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines, then translate strategy into impactful digital experiences in Figma. You’ll design client-facing assets, extend brand systems across marketing materials, and collaborate with directors, strategists, and PMs to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of brand design experience, agency or studio preferred.
• A strong portfolio showing brand identities and tech/startup website design.
• Ability to present work and guide non-designers.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, and modern aesthetic.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of brand identities from concept to execution, including logos and guidelines.
• Design websites in Figma translating brand strategy into digital experiences.
• Create client-facing assets for decks, marketing collateral, and social graphics.
• Extend brand systems across real-world applications for cohesive identity.
• Present work to clients and guide decision-making with clarity.
• Balance multiple explorations with high-level craft and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and PMs to meet client goals.
• Drive visual consistency across brands, websites, decks, and marketing materials.
