Job summary

Credera is seeking an experienced design leader in Addison, TX, to guide UX/UI, product, and visual design efforts. The role focuses on human-centered design, strategic clarity, and translating complex systems into human-friendly experiences, with an emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and emerging tools.

You will mentor designers across levels, lead workshops, influence executives, and drive design excellence across client engagements. A strong portfolio and leadership track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional design experience, including leading UX/UI, product design, visual design, or experience design teams.
• Strong portfolio showing leadership impact and individual craft across product design, digital marketing, design systems, or ai-enabled experiences.
• Expertise with human-centered design from discovery to delivery, including design systems and accessibility standards.
• Ability to lead client workshops, design critiques, brainstorms, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations.
• Experience contributing to business development, including shaping opportunities and estimating design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design teams across UX/UI, product, and visual design.
• Translate complex systems, data, and AI-enabled capabilities into intuitive experiences.
• Build and communicate a clear design vision and strategy and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Lead client workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Support proposals and contribute to business development with compelling narratives.
