Job summary

Credera Addison, TX is seeking a Designer to join its Experience Design practice. You will contribute to crafting end-to-end digital experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring a strong design eye to projects with a product mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or digital marketing.
• A portfolio that shows strong craft, strategic thinking, and a solid foundation in digital design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with standard design, collaboration, and prototyping tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI, and basic interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of responsive design, visual design systems, and human-centered design.
• Growing fluency in accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, researchers, or product partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow in Credera's Experience Design practice with a focus on craft and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects forward and align on outcomes.
• Help define end-to-end journeys that serve users at every touchpoint and align with business strategy.
• Apply storytelling to create meaningful experiences and buy-in across stakeholders.
