Baker Tilly is seeking a Head of Design — Agentic Experience to lead the design of AI-powered products for professionals. You will shape intuitive, trustworthy experiences around AI reasoning, confidence indicators, and human oversight, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and SMEs to translate AI capabilities into practical, high-quality solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive product design experience, including AI-powered or agentic products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design in AI trust and transparency.
• Proven expertise in human–AI interaction design and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, PMs, and SMEs in cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing intuitive solutions for expert users in regulated environments.
• Experience establishing scalable design standards and lightweight design systems.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, including AI-assisted technologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing with measurable impact.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into practical UX decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered experiences, from concept to production.
• Establish interaction principles and design standards for AI reasoning and transparency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and SMEs to align requirements.
• Conduct direct user research to understand workflows and AI interactions.
• Develop scalable design systems and reusable components for AI products.
• Design feedback and correction mechanisms for reviewing AI outputs.
• Prototype and test with modern design tools, including AI-assisted tech.
• Provide design leadership and mentorship to growing teams.
• Support strategic initiatives and advance the firm's AI product strategy.
