Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the Decorative Accessories Product Development Team. You will manage samples, create presentation materials, and coordinate vendor communications to keep design projects on track.

Key duties include tracking samples, maintaining boards, preparing for weekly meetings, and resolving sample issues in collaboration with agents and vendors. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in design or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate production of design concepts as directed by Designers.
• Track department samples and designs.
• Maintain presentation boards and seasonal product information.
• Prepare department for weekly meetings and manage sample flow.
