Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Experience reviewing drawings and design documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and action items.
• Maintain revision histories and approval records.
