Training begins as a Design Consultant Trainee in a multi-week program with classroom, hands-on, and shadowing components. Top performers earn substantial commissions in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have strong persuasive skills and ability to close sales.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic computer/iPad skills.
• Must have valid state driver's license.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 53 pounds.
• Meet and maintain company sales metrics and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using iPad and AR to design replacement solutions.
• Drive personal vehicle to in-home appointments, up to 1,800–2,500 miles per month.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and branch meetings.
• Support the sales project process with documentation, changes, and communication.
• Utilize company software, systems, and security policies.
