Join our sales team as a Design Consultant helping clients make selection to update and remodel their kitchens and homes throughout Seminole County and the surrounding areas! We specialize in Fast and Affordable kitchen and home updates and transformations. We offer a variety of services and options to fit every style and budget. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates believe in the company culture that our clients always come first. The person hired will be extremely coachable, have drive and empathy, have courage to try new things, be a consistent learner, and have a willingness to train and adapt.

Job Duties:

• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct and follow the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Balance the relationships with new prospects and current customer projects.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
• Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.
• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
