Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Design professional in Paramus, NJ to help customers plan and design their spaces. You will create moodboards, floor plans, and product lists, delivering an amazing CB2 Experience both in-store and virtually. Attend One on One consultations and translate brand aesthetics into design solutions, while driving sales.

You’ll collaborate with customers, stay current on trends, and deliver projects on time, ensuring gracious, efficient service across all channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Ability to translate CB2 brand aesthetics into customer-ready design proposals.
• Proficiency with design tools and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by providing enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings in-store and virtually.
• Create elevated CB2 designs for customers using design tools to produce moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
• Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults; deliver projects on time.
• Maintain alignment with CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, Online, Catalog).
• Meet sales, KPI, and service goals, and engage customers using CB2 selling steps.
