Floor & Decor is seeking Designers who will provide comprehensive design services, engage with customers, and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of interior design or retail experience and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of interior design or retail sales experience.
• Degree in Design is preferred.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge necessary.

Responsabilités

• Greet store customers and support design needs.
• Schedule design appointments for customers.
• Provide advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories.
• Design and sell complete, functional solutions.
• Manage multiple customer projects accurately.
