Job summary

Kentuckiana Re-Bath is seeking Design Consultants to conduct in-home consultations, advising customers on bathroom remodeling options and guiding them through the design-to-close process.

You will work with a national brand, receive qualified leads (no cold calls), and have uncapped earnings with on-target earnings of $120,000–$160,000 and top performers earning $200,000+ annually. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or customer services (Preferred not required).
• Ability to learn and master our sales process.
• Highly professional approach and appearance.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude.
• Ability to build rapport instantly and earn customer trust.
• Demonstrate competency with computers and other electronic office/business equipment.
• Valid driver's license and background check.

Compensation and Incentives

• On-target earnings of $120,000-$160,000; top performers consistently earning $200,000+ per year.
