We are the exclusive bathroom remodeling partner for Lowe's and The Home Depot in our market, and we are hiring candidates who possess a high level of attention to detail, like to be challenged, are goal-driven, bring a great attitude, enjoy sales and making real money.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer services experience.
• Ability to learn and master our sales process.
• Highly professional approach and appearance.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude.
• Ability to build rapport instantly and earn customer trust.
• Demonstrate competency with computers and other office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers and help them decide.
• Sell design and remodeling services that transform bathrooms.
• Build strong relationships by establishing trust and understanding needs.
• Guide homeowners through the remodeling process from design to close.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams for a seamless experience.
