Re-Bath is seeking motivated Design Consultants to join our sales team. You will conduct in-home consultations, educate customers on remodeling options, and guide them from design to close.

We offer a 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential, qualified leads, and opportunities to earn $120k–$160k OTE, with top performers exceeding $200k annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or customer service.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or customer services (Preferred not required).

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude.
• Ability to build rapport instantly and earn customer trust.
• Demonstrate competency with computers and other electronic office/business equipment.
• Valid driver's license and background check.

Compensation and Incentives

• On-target earnings of $120,000-$160,000; top performers consistently earning $200,000+ per year.
