Archadeck Of Suburban Boston is seeking a Design Consultant to meet with clients, understand their needs, and create custom project solutions. Applicants must have in-home sales experience and strong knowledge of residential construction and CAD software.

This role offers significant earning potential, with current consultants earning over $100,000 per year. The position requires residence in the greater Boston area and involves working from home or in our showroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and practices is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use CAD software for design purposes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to understand their needs.
• Design and sell custom solutions that meet residential needs within budgets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after the project is completed.

Qualifications

• Proven in‑home sales experience

• Knowledge of residential construction
• Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software
• The maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our showroom
• A degree in Architecture is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom
• Listen to clients’ requirements and desires to expand their homes
• Design and sell solutions that meet clients’ residential needs within their budgets
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

We provide employees with training in our consultation process, in quality construction techniques and products, and in our CAD design software. We furnish qualified leads. Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission. Income potential is very high. Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year.
