Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or coordinator roles in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of project management software; familiarity with Newforma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers, architects, engineers, and technical teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward.
• Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations.
• Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment.
• Help identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution efforts.

Education

Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field
