Job summary

You will support project managers, architects, engineers, and technical teams with administrative and coordination tasks to keep projects organized from design through delivery. The role requires an Associate’s degree and at least 2 years in project administration within construction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or coordinator roles in construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of project management software.
• Experience with project management tools (Newforma preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers, architects, engineers, and technical teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward.
• Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations.
• Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment.
• Help identify potential project risks or issues and support tracking and resolution efforts.
• Maintain accurate project records, design documentation, construction administration materials, and client-facing deliverables.
