Qualifications

• Degree in architecture/construction management or related field with six years of engineering design/construction experience.
• Six years of full-time engineering work in design/construction of buildings or related facilities.
• Additional education/experience with the codes and accessibility regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft Scopes of Work (SOWs) and present to leadership for prioritization.
• Solicit proposals from design firms and guide through design phase to bidding.
• Assist bidding, evaluate bids, and recommend construction awards.
• Act as Owner's Representative through final acceptance and substantial completion.
