Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager Level II for DoD construction programs in the United States. The role manages 2–3 ongoing projects valued from $1M to $10M each, providing owner’s representative construction management and cross-functional leadership.

You will work with government and contractor teams, develop schedules, cost estimates, and technical requirements, and present status briefs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 10+ years of construction experience.
• Active General Contractor/Construction Trades license with 20+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizen with at least 3 years residence in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight of 2–3 ongoing construction projects valued $1M–$10M each.
• Assist government with site evaluations, field surveys, and pre-bid activities.
• Support development of technical requirements, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Track progress, submittals, permits, files, and invoicing as part of a team.
• Lead weekly and monthly progress meetings and brief leadership on status and risks.
