Job summary

Kohler is seeking a Product Consultant to join our onsite team in Kohler, WI. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Design Center, share in-depth product knowledge, and develop tailored specifications based on client needs.

Your role includes presenting specs within 24 hours and guiding customers on design trends. You will proactively refer clients to Kohler Design Services, resolve concerns with Kohler Customer Care, and support Kohler Tour Experiences and warehouse sale

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
• Experience in home project sales and/or kitchen and bath products is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Interest or experience in interior design is recommended.
• Prior Kohler product knowledge is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences for Kohler Design Center visitors and customers.
• Provide customers with in-depth Kohler product knowledge.
• Develop specifications based on customer needs and requirements.
• Deliver specification presentation within 24 hours of customer visit.
• Develop knowledge of current design trends and share with customers seeking design information.
• Proactively refer customers seeking professional design work to Kohler Design Services.
• Resolve customer concerns utilizing Kohler Customer Care resources where applicable.
• Support Kohler Tour Experiences and warehouse sale customer service as assigned.
