Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering (or related fields).
• Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project success from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and cost tracking.
• Prepare detailed project estimates for accurate execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and manage progress.
• Make decisive leadership decisions to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
