Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead projects through the full lifecycle, from concept through final walkthrough. You will estimate, schedule, coordinate design and construction teams, manage costs, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate initial concepts into buildable, value-driven solutions while guiding subcontractor selections and maintaining strong on-site communication

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from start to finish (estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, proposals).
• Deliver accurate, impactful estimates for project execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Drive on-site communication with bi-weekly site meetings and proactive issue resolution.
