Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a driven Project Manager to advance from a construction-focused role in Louisville, KY. You will be responsible for project performance, profitability, and coordination across owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery from day one.

The role emphasizes managing estimating, scheduling, safety, and cost reporting while maintaining client satisfaction and value engineering ideas to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field; with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 2-5 years' design/build construction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Vertical commercial construction experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project performance and profitability from day one.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and design team.
• Lead proposal meetings with owners to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and manage multiple activities to meet client expectations.
