Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to oversee high-profile construction projects in Beloit, WI. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and deep knowledge of construction methods to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.

You will lead preconstruction to closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor project teams while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry (10+ years preferred for Senior PM).
• Proven track record of managing commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and project delivery systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project team members, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
